The structured 6-month program includes:
1.5 months of classroom training at the Manipal Academy campus
1.5 months of internship for real-world exposure
Up to 90 days of on-the-job training (OJT) at Axis Bank branches
Upon successful completion, participants are offered a full-time position in Operations with Axis Bank, one of India’s leading private sector banks.
Open to female candidates only
Graduates (any discipline) with minimum 50% marks in under graduation
Age limit: 30 years and below
Full-time graduation required (no part-time/distance education)
Self-funding: One-time full payment at the time of admission
Loan Facility Available*: Loan must be sanctioned and disbursed before program commencement
